Colter Negranti

Colter Negranti was born and raised in San Luis Obispo, California. Dr. Negranti received a Bachelor of Science degree (Animal Science) in 2006 from the University California at Davis. In 2010, he received a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University at Fort Collins, Colorado. Throughout veterinary school, Colter furthered his equine veterinary experience through employment in equine reproduction at the Colorado State Equine Reproduction Lab and beef cattle management and medicine at the IX Ranch in Big Sandy, Montana.

After graduation from veterinary school, Dr. Negranti's accepted an internship position with equine lameness specialist Dr. Marty Gardner at Great Basin Equine in Gardnerville, Nevada. After the year-long internship, Dr. Negranti became an associate at Great Basin, with primary emphasis in equine lameness under Dr. Gardner.

Dr. Negranti owns Paso Robles Equine and he offers soundness evaluation, lameness exams, regenerative medicine, equine dentistry, Coggins and health certificates, and vaccinations and preventative care.

David Eckstein

David Eckstein is from San Lorenzo, California and attended Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo for undergraduate studies, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science. He actively participated in rodeo timed events, worked at Westerly Stud and learned to shoe horses.

Dr. Eckstein graduated from U.C. Davis in 1976. He spent three years at Valley Large Animal Practice in Morgan Hill, California, a four-doctor large animal hospital and ambulatory practice.

In 1979, Dr. Eckstein opened Templeton Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Eckstein offers preventative care, emergency services, lameness exams, digital radiography, pre-purchase exams, hoof evaluation and balance, dental care and reproduction and fertility services.
